Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

 

Return 

You can return any item purchased on Rainbow Origins within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

 

  1. Start a return for your order through your Rainbow Origins account.
    1. If you made a purchase without being a member, please contact us at hello@rainboworigins.com and request a return code. In order for us to move forward with the process, it is important that you email us your order number and information about the products you wish to return.
  2. Make sure the product(s) you are returning are in their original condition*, including labels and packaging, otherwise we will not accept your return and cannot issue a refund.
  3. Pack the product(s) in the original box and ship it with the prepaid Yurtiçi Kargo code you received via email.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at  hello@rainboworigins.com.


Please note that all products on sale on our website are produced to order and refunds are not accepted for both domestic and international purchases.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We usually accept returns within 5 business days of their arrival at our warehouse; once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

 

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
